Felix Eiler
Felix has brought hundreds of machines to life and enabled numerous processes, always working closely with customers to enhance performance and place quality at the center of their success. With his extensive experience in mechanical engineering, he has been instrumental in pushing systems to their highest potential. With the founding of REK Innovation, Felix is now fully dedicated to perfecting our systems and ensuring engineering excellence at the highest level.
Markus Krauß
Over the past ten years, Markus has successfully led hundreds of projects both internally and on-site with partners. His passion lies in bringing machines to life and optimizing them to perfection, always with the customers’ needs in mind. With the founding of REK Innovation, Markus is now able to ensure flawless quality and on-time delivery without compromise. His expertise in applications and field support ensures that every project runs smoothly and efficiently.
The name REK stands for the last names of the three founders: Venzi Rangelov, Felix Eiler, and Markus Krauß – three experienced engineers with more than 20 years of shared experience in the development, manufacturing, and commissioning of equipment for the semiconductor and microelectronics industry.
