Process Trials at REK – Vacuum Reflow System & Quartz Tube Furnace

Our vacuum reflow soldering system and our quartz tube furnace are available at any time for demonstrations, test runs and process trials. We carry out reproducible, documented trials on our industrial equipment and support you in evaluating your components and processes.

For targeted preparation, we only need a few details: component type, desired atmosphere (vacuum or inert gas), temperature profile and the objective of the trial – such as solder wetting, flux behaviour or validation of a thermal process.

All relevant process parameters such as temperature curves, pressure profiles and dwell times are fully recorded. On request, we can also provide photos or short videos of the trial sequence.

Thanks to our immediate proximity to the city of Munich, we are easily accessible by highway and public transport. You can visit us in person or send us your components for testing.

2025 – A Year of Innovation: No Trade Fair Booth, but Many New Developments

REK Innovation GmbH will not exhibit at productronica 2025 this year. We have consciously made this decision to focus our resources on the further development of our furnace technologies and on direct exchange with our customers.

In 2025, our focus is on the further development and marketing of our vacuum reflow furnace systems as well as on the modernization of existing quartz tube furnaces with state‑of‑the‑art control technology and optimized process stability. Therefore: no trade fair booth — but more innovations and more time for individual demonstrations.

Our goal remains unchanged: providing precise, reliable and future‑proof thermal processes for semiconductor and electronics manufacturing.

For those interested in learning more about our innovations, we offer individual online presentations or personal appointments at our facility. Demonstrations are possible at any time. Due to our close proximity to Messe München, a visit to productronica or other events can easily be combined with an appointment at our site.
